KAORI RANMAN

The essence of abundant sake lies in the trinity of "nature," "rice," and "craftsmanship." We believe that it is a gift born from the harmony of these three elements. We respect and harness everything this land offers. We cherish the ingredients and bring out the finest flavors. Without settling for the status quo, we continuously pursue even greater taste. It is the fusion of these individual efforts that creates a drop of abundant sake.

When it comes to Japanese sake, it is simply a drink made from rice. The hometown of abundant sake, Yuzawa, is known as the "Sake Rice Village." The abundant water of the Oguni River and fertile soil give birth to the sake rice that serves as the foundation of abundant sake.

With the desire to continue using the high-quality sake rice from Yuzawa, we started cultivating rice in the fields entrusted to us by local farmers. Our mission as a sake brewery rooted in Yuzawa is to continue brewing delicious sake using rice grown in Yuzawa.

Continuing to brew delicious sake with the sake rice cultivated in Yuzawa is what abundant sake believes to be its mission as a sake brewery deeply connected to Yuzawa.

No matter how much brewing technology advances, it is not possible to create abundant sake in a short period.

With abundant experience and the craftsmanship of skilled artisans who pour their passion into sake brewing, the sake becomes abundant sake.

Led by the toji (master brewer) who inherits the tradition of "Yamauchi Toji," one of the Five Great Toji of Japan, and supported by the brewery staff who constantly refine their skills, they strive to pursue new deliciousness in sake production. The accumulation of their daily efforts has consistently produced abundant sake of unwavering "quality" throughout the ages.
